What is this show trying to tell us and why is it doing it so poorly?

Today, let's talk Tenshi no 3P episodes one and two. A musical anime featuring elementary schoolers in a band and high-schooler riddled with anxiety. The second part sounds relatable enough.
Episode is out! And it's much slower than episode 1. A great drawn in for viewers or the sign of a new tempo for the show? Who knows? If this show taught me anything so far it's to trust nothing.
Some anime give you closure. Some end but leave you wanting more. Some rip your heart out, throw it, and then leave you to find your heart while they disappear into the night. Never to be seen again. This is about that last type.
